It's called Citygate Apartments and RIGHT SMACK IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE is a tram stop. If you're from Melbourne University, your exam venue is a 2 minute walk STRAIGHT FROM THE ENTRANCE!
Take the free tram LEFTWARDS and you get to Melbourne Central, whether you wanna shop, hop onto a train, it's all there! Minutes away from RMIT, Melbourne University, Docklands, Chinatown, the state library, Big W and Safeway, the convenience is TOP NOTCH!

I have one bathroom, but the toilet bowl is in a separate room from the bath tub. So while waiting for me to bathe, you can do your business first! There's a laundry room in the apartment as well. Amenities include a gym and a swimming pool.
